Hero has a mission to save the world. Specifically, the canine world. They make biomechanically-sound dog braces for pets with limited mobility. Originally named Ace Ortho Solutions, the company came to Eleanor looking for a distinctive identity to take the brand to the next level in order to help even more dogs.

Our goal was to create an identity that was illustrative, inspiring and playful, one that could speak to both pet owners and veterinarians alike. We analyzed their brand on every level with thorough research on new names, color palettes, logo design and brand voice. Most importantly, we created a thoughtful and genuine brand experience for their consumers.

Website

The Hero team wanted a website that would allow them to process orders digitally with better functionality. A move from a paper flow system to electronic was forefront in the design of the site. Eleanor provided that and more by featuring the Hero vision: highlighting their team members, showcasing their bracing process and providing content marketing opportunities with e-newsletters, social media and frequent blog updates. We also included easy-to-access forms, FAQ’s and case studies.

Eleanor also gave Hero a website with a dynamic content management system for the backend. This allows Hero to manage orders with ease and keep their content relevant and up-to-date. Last but not least, we are big fans of their new url — goherogo.com.

With their headquarters based in rural Nebraska, Hero needed an affordable way to introduce their dog leg braces to the world. Hero’s current customer base spans the US with international clients as well.

Our team designed custom ad rolls to communicate their message. The space is small but our design and copy are clear.

Marketing

At Eleanor, we get to see and hear from Hero patients every week. We love that their braces are helping so many dogs run, jump and play again. We knew that Hero would be traveling the country to showcase their braces so we wanted to design a booklet that communicated their message with honesty, playfulness and hope.

Social Media

The lynchpin of the Hero social media strategy is the stories of the dogs that they help everyday. By taking each success story and wrapping it in a captivating package, Eleanor is able to help Hero highlight the work that they do and share it with the world. We do this through compelling blog articles, fun interactive graphic posts and sharable photos and video content.
