Their new brand was redesigned to show exactly that.

The Challenge

When Tessa Warner made the move from RE/MAX to Woods Bros Realty as Monarch Group, she wanted the new look to feel like her approach to real estate—thoughtful, genuine, elevated, and distinct from the competition. The challenge was creating a brand that could do both: celebrate the personal side of buying and selling a home, because every client’s journey is so different, while still feeling consistent and polished. It needed to be warm and welcoming, but also professional, striking that sweet spot where clients feel cared for and confident every step of the way.

The Solution

Tessa and Monarch Group partnered with Eleanor to create a brand identity that feels both elevated and approachable. The new logo—a blend of butterfly, crown, and “M”—symbolizes growth and fresh beginnings, with a palette that features navy, a vibrant mid-tone blue, chocolate brown, set against warm neutrals like grey, tan, and cream. We rolled the identity out across signage, stationery, thank-you cards, and social media.

The Outcome

The rebrand came to life in a way that felt both meaningful and memorable. A client appreciation event—with custom-designed invitations—served as the perfect moment to unveil the refreshed identity while celebrating the clients at the heart of Monarch Group’s story. From signage to branded photography to social media to in-person touchpoints, every detail reinforced the brand’s promise of thoughtful guidance, expertise, and empathy. The result was a cohesive rollout that not only introduced a new look but also deepened trust, connection, and confidence in the Monarch Group experience.
