Nebraska Urology, formerly Urology P.C., has been a leader in urologic care for over 50 years. Known for exceptional expertise, open communication, and patient-centered care, they’ve earned a reputation as Nebraska’s trusted provider of urologic solutions.
Urology, P.C., looked to Eleanor to rename and rebrand. Since 1972, Urology P.C. has led the way with urologic cancer care, innovative urologic treatments, and creating satellite clinics across our state. Their new name, Nebraska Urology, reflects their statewide reach and their new brand reflects the excellent services they provide.

The Strategy
Eleanor completed a brand audit, visual research, naming research, brand identity design, and brand implementation. The new brand was launched across various touch points:

Because patient communication was central to our strategy, we made sure to communicate all changes to patients first. Patients were notified via letters, direct mail postcards, text messages, and in-office signage. Our goal was to ensure that 22,965 patients knew that their same consistent care was not changing, however, the new name and new brand would reflect their high level of care.

Nebraska Urology’s transformation started with its name—simple, clear, and confident. More than a nod to geography, it signals their reach across the state and their role as Nebraska’s leading urologic care provider.
The new brand blends the professional with the personal. A palette of bold, bright, and pastel tones reflects both scientific precision and human connection. Authentic, patient-centered photography demystifies urology care, creating a narrative that feels warm, honest, and approachable.
At the heart of the brand is a flexible mark: gentle, half-circle motifs that represent the delicate balance and interconnectedness of urologic health. These arcs tell a quiet, powerful story of care and wellness, honoring what Nebraska Urology calls the little wonders—the intricate details that, together, make a life-changing difference.

The Outcome
The rebrand came to life across collateral, signage, and a fully redesigned website, designed to carry Nebraska Urology into the next 50 years as Nebraska’s first name in urologic care.
The Executive Team reported that the transition was seamless. By notifying patients in advance through several communication tactics, they were aware of the upcoming changes. For the public, the one day change of exterior signage, website, socials, and consistent messaging made for a smooth brand launch.
As great urologic healthcare goes, this brand launch was smooth and flowing in all the right ways.
