Emma Lauterbach

Emma Lauterbach, a Marketing Specialist and House Manager at Eleanor Creative, has been part of our team since spring 2024. Her ability to adapt and learn on the fly brings immeasurable value to our team and clients. Be it writing social media content, keeping the studio pristine, or managing the Eleanor craziness – Emma is sure to do it all with grace.

She’s a Lincoln local and earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Kearney. In her role as a Marketing Specialist, Emma makes sure that nothing slips through the cracks. She wears many hats for our team, helping out wherever we need it.

When you look at her top five strengths: Adaptability, Strategic, Restorative, Connectedness, and Relator, it is no shock that Emma carries herself so well. With three of the five centered around relationship building, she has an incredible ability to connect with people. We adore the positive energy and caring personality she brings to the studio each day.

Motherhood is a driving force in Emma’s life, which is part of what helps her feel fulfilled in her role at Eleanor. She loves having the ability to help the other moms on the team stay organized and reach Lincoln Kids Magazine’s target audience, creating relatable content for parents and families. And of course, she loves any chance she gets to show off her son.

She likes to spend her free time experiencing all the things life has to offer and watching her son learn and grow. They especially love reading, enjoying the outdoors, and indulging in sweet treats together.
