Mackenzie Slivka

As Chief Operating Officer and Account Executive, Mackenzie Slivka wears many hats as she oversees the day-to-day operational and administrative functions at Eleanor. There is no question that Mackenzie’s relentless work ethic and passion make her the kind of COO marketing and creatives dream about.

Mackenzie is a Lincoln local and earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Relations from Doane College. Her career began in healthcare which prepared her for working with many of our medical clients. Even before joining our creative team in 2014, Mackenzie was learning the business by assisting Eleanor’s CEO, managing projects, schedules, and communications with clients and vendors. Today, she is responsible for the full spectrum of projects and clients, ensuring timelines are met, and handling accounts payable and human resources.

One of the things she loves most about her work is when Eleanor conducts brand audits for clients. Listening to them tell their stories and learning about the company, then overseeing where the Eleanor team takes their brand is exciting. Building client relationships, communicating with them, understanding what they need and how we can help them, then looking back at how we helped them achieve their goals is what she feels is most rewarding. No task is too large or too small for her.

Mackenzie isn’t all work and no play. She loves spending time with her family, going on walks or bike rides, visiting the Lincoln Children’s Zoo and parks, or just hanging out at home. No doubt, wherever she is, Mackenzie Slivka is probably juggling several things at one time.
