Wellbeing Initiative looked to Eleanor to create a cohesive brand identity that matched their promise: Recovery Happens Here.

The Challenge
Wellbeing Initiative’s had not been updated since the organization was created. They needed a brand refresh they could proudly share. It also needed to reflect their mission and be strategically implemented to increase awareness across Nebraska—focusing on Lincoln and its growing network of satellite locations in Falls City, Nebraska City, Omaha, Seward, and York.
The Wellbeing Initiative rebrand needed to hold space. For real stories. For personal growth. For the non-linear path of recovery.

The Solution
Wellbeing Initiative’s rebrand is intentionally soft-spoken but deeply rooted. It honors each person’s path while gently guiding them forward. This brand experience was created to connect Wellbeing Initiative to the communities and the participants they serve—to make it easier for individuals to find their services and access diverse programs, from peer support groups to yoga, nutrition, occupational guidance, and wellness education.
At its heart, the Wellbeing Initiative brand celebrates returning to yourself. Drawing on navigation cues—compasses, North Stars—it guides without imposing. A soothing color palette, straightforward typography, photography featuring their team, and subtle symbolism work in harmony to convey: “Recovery Happens Here.”

The Outcome
The rebrand was embraced by the entire organization and reflected who Wellbeing Initiative is as an organization today. It gave them the calm yet professional presence they wanted to confidently build recognition and trust in the communities they serve. With an identity brought to life through billboards, a branded van, social campaigns, and event materials, the brand now feels both welcoming and cohesive. These touchpoints, along with custom collateral for community events, created a consistent, approachable experience that positions Wellbeing Initiative as a safe, trusted resource for holistic wellbeing across Nebraska.
